Refund Policy

We take great care in preparing every bottle of BEET&LAB and want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Because our products are fresh, refrigerated food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for unwanted products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@beetandlab.co.uk and include your order number together with photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund or store credit.

If your order cannot be delivered because nobody is available to receive it, or because incorrect delivery information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
